Zhongshan Peak Trekking 7 Days

DAY1 Kuala Lumpur – Chengdu
Gather at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal
Depart from Kuala Lumpur
Arrival in Chengdu and brief guide meeting
Transfer to downtown Chengdu
Arrival at the hyperbaric oxygen chamber center and check-in
Check-in and rest

DAY2 Moxi Ancient Town
Breakfast at the hyperbaric oxygen chamber center
High-altitude acclimatization time

After lunch, transfer by private vehicle to Moxi Town (H:1600M) (approx. 5 hours)

Dinner after arrival in Moxi Town
Hotel check-in and rest
Attend evening briefing and organize trekking equipment
Accommodation in twin room at Moxi Town hotel (single room available with additional cost)

DAY3 Wupeng Camp
Breakfast at the hotel, transfer by private vehicle to the Mineral Water Factory (H:2350M)

After arrival at the Mineral Water Factory, due to bridge damage, trekking begins via a detour route
Pass through the primeval forest and trek to Wupeng Camp (H:3700M) (elevation gain approx. 1400m, about 7 hours)

After arriving at Wupeng Camp
Dinner and overnight in high-altitude two-person tents

DAY4 Zhongshan Peak B.C
Breakfast at Wupeng Camp (H:3700M) and begin trekking to Zhongshan Peak Base Camp (BC, H:5050M)

▶ As altitude increases, vegetation gradually decreases, passing through rocky moraine areas and enjoying the magnificent ice tower forest

(Elevation gain approx. 1300m, about 7 hours)

After arrival at Zhongshan Peak Base Camp (BC)
Dinner and overnight in high-altitude two-person tents

DAY5 Zhongshan Peak B.C. – Ice Tower Forest
Wake up at Zhongshan Peak Base Camp (BC, H:5050M) and have breakfast

▶ Move to the Ice Tower Forest viewpoint (H:5050M)

Packed lunch during trekking

After lunch continue trekking

▶ Arrive at the Ice Tower Forest and take commemorative photos

Descend back to Base Camp

Dinner and overnight in high-altitude two-person tents

DAY6 Zhongshan Peak B.C. – Moxi Ancient Town
Breakfast at Base Camp (BC, H:5050M) and begin descent

▶ After arriving at the Mineral Water Factory, transfer by private vehicle to Moxi Town (H:1600M)

Rest and lunch after arrival in Moxi Town

After lunch

▶ Return to Chengdu (H:500M) by private vehicle

Dinner after arrival in Chengdu, end of the snow mountain trekking program

DAY7 Chengdu – Incheon
